Terms and conditions of sale
All participants of the classes leaded by myself (regular classes, workshops or online classes, ...) participate at their own risk! Understanding that yoga requires physical exertion which may be strenuous and may cause physical injury. It's the participant's own responsibility to consult with a physician regarding participation to yoga classes. Participants assume full responcibility for their own yoga practice including any risk, injury or danger which they might incur as a result of participating at my classes. 
Participants MUST notify the teacher in case of pregnancy.

Information published on this website is provided for the convenience of its users, and although care has been taken to ensure technical and factual accuracy, some errors may occur.

Surya Yoga does not warrant the information on this website and no warranty is given that the website or its conent or hyperlinks are uncontaminated. You are adviced to make your own virus check. Surya Yoga shall have no liability for contamination or damage caused by any virus or electronic transmission.


 

Refunds, returns and cancellations policy
 

All sales are final and will not be refunded unless instructor cancels the session. In case the instructor cancels, the student will be fully refunded. If the student cancels LESS than 48 hours before the planned session, the student will NOT be refunded nor rescheduled. If the student cancels MORE than 48 hours before the planned session, they are able to RESCHEDULE another class.​

All students with a valid student card access ALL my ONLINE classes for 5 euros a session.

Your personally identifiable information is kept secure. Only the owner of Surya Yoga has access to this information. 

Surya Yoga will never sell, trade, rent, exchange or share your personal information with any other person, company or organisation.
