In addition to these physical exercises, pregnancy yoga also focuses on mental health. The focus is mainly on relaxation. By consciously listening to your body and applying different breathing exercises, you learn to completely relax and find peace. This way you are not only physically well prepared for childbirth, but you also feel good during your pregnancy!
When can I start my prenatal yoga journey?
It is recommended to start pregnancy yoga between the 3rd and 5th month of your pregnancy. It is around this time that most pregnant women feel at their best and you will benefit the most from the given exercises. In any case, don't register too late! Then there is a chance that there is no room left or that you cannot complete the course before the birth.
