Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your booking: If you cancel your booking at any time, written notification from the person who made the booking must be received by us by email at surya.yogasana@gmail.com. If you cancel the yoga retreat: - 60 days or more prior to your arrival date: all payments will be refunded, minus the deposit. - 60 days or less prior to your arrival date is non-refundable at this stage Refund payments are subjected to a 50 euro handling charge. Refund cannot be made: - If your transport is cancelled - No-shows - Any illnesses -> please purchase appropriate travel insurance to protect you investment We reserve the right to cancel the retreat for any reason. This would only happen in exceptional circumstances resulting us not being ablo to offer the retreat as advertised, or if the minimum number of participants to run the is not met, or in case of Force Majeure.
